The Opportunity:
Seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the services of recruitment specialized company by establishing strong relationships with businesses in search of effective human resources management solutions. Your role will involve understanding the specific needs of potential clients, presenting services and establishing lasting partnerships to meet their human resources requirements.
What you bring:
- 2 years experience in B2B sales in a recruitment firm or similar position is an asset
- New graduates with sales experience are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline i.e. Business or HR
- Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate, build and maintain strong and respectful relationships with clients and team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
