Business Development Representative

```Duties```
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products and services. Your duties will include:

- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and industries for Business Development
- Prospecting and cold calling potential clients to introduce our company and services
- Qualifying leads and setting up meetings or appointments for the sales team
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation strategies
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (French & Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive for success
