Who You Are

  • Ability to prospect, develop a network, and build a strategic business plan.
  • Proven record of sales accomplishment, and ability to move effectively through the consultative selling process.
  • Conveys genuine and authentic sales relationship-building capabilities with integrity.
  • Results focused with the drive to meet goals and objectives as required.
  • Highly organized in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
  • Have been complimented on your ability to deliver engaging and clear presentations to key stakeholders and executives.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing stress effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and experience with sales CRM software.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in communicating and marketing professional services to other businesses with shared client audiences.
  • A Canadian Professional Sales Association's (CPSA) designation is considered an asset.
  • Willing and able to travel from time to time.

How You'll Make a Difference


  • Develop strategies and build business plans with business relations to ensure Litco Law is top of mind.
  • Develop a prospective network and a strategic prospect plan aligned with key performance indicators.
  • Responsible for prospecting new business opportunities for Litco Law in all areas of service.
  • Establish and develop relationships with prospective organizations within a defined territory.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective organizations in small or large groups.
  • Maintain a competitive and industry knowledge base of product and service offerings.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to the leadership team.
  • Ensure personal target key indicators are met.
  • Attend industry events, tradeshows, and business networking events.
  • Work with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure the proper marketing materials and branding are in place to grow the Litco Law brand.
