Job Overview Business Development Specialist (1 year contract) DESCRIPTION We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our sales team. This individual is passionate about sales, motivated to exceed their goals and committed to customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will provide support to the Business Development team by establishing contact with potential clients with the objective of generating warm leads, as well as directly selling office coffee solutions to business in the Alberta market. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and validate incoming leads from various sources Action new lead notifications promptly to qualify and distribute leads accordingly Generate leads from various sources by cold calling and e-mailing Identify opportunities to introduce the Flex model to businesses over the phone or in person Make initial contact with potential clients to schedule appointments where opportunities need to be channeled to the Business Development team Follow-up on and track leads from trade shows Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions Work cooperatively with peers and other departments, keeping appropriate individuals informed to ensure positive customer relations are established This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the manager.
