BI Analyst 180 ATTWELL DRIVE F/T; SALARIED PRODUCT

As BI Product Analyst, you are a customer champion in interpreting customer feedback and what should be done to improve customer experience and will be responsible for supporting the design, development and implementation of Customer and Internal-facing BI & visibility products and projects. As part of the day-to-day team, this may include customer implementation projects, change requests, support, and best practice service standards development. The BI Product Analyst will partner closely with IT, Solutions, Growth, Operations and Shared Services teams to ensure best-in-class reporting & visualization tools, processes and protocols to meet the needs of the business.

What success looks like:

  • Support the BI product lifecycle, roadmap prioritization and continue to monitor and create efficiencies within BI product teams and across the organization.
  • You are passionate about how data intelligence drives business results and Customer adoption.
  • You collaboratively support reporting analysts and BI developers in the business & technical requirements definition, planning, development, implementation and rollout of BI reporting suite and tools.
  • You maintain on-going prioritization process for BI product enhancements both from external sources, i.e., customer requests and internal requirements.
  • You deliver BI & Visibility tool projects and products on time and at the right quality.
  • You actively seek out opportunities to add business value through reporting and analytics.
  • You work closely with Growth, Solutions and Implementation teams to ensure that our BI suite is best-in-class for exceeding our customers’ needs.
  • You work closely with internal Operations and Shared Services teams to define, plan, develop and implement internal BI reporting suite.
  • Working closely with the IT Data / BI team, you support the conceptual design and quality assurance of BI dashboards, reporting and other visualization solutions.
  • Together with IT Data / BI, Security & Infrastructure and Application teams, you develop BI Enterprise standards and best practice guidelines.

What you bring to the role:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience defining, designing & implementing reports, dashboards and visualization solutions according to market best practices.
  • 2+ hands-on development experience with Qlik view/Qlick Sense data visualization tools & best practices
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Experience in working with Dev Ops or Agile teams a plus.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • You excel at time management & prioritization skills.
  • Experience in Product Management or Product Development role in Business Intelligence, Reporting, IoT or similar a plus.
  • Experience in Retail, Healthcare or Consumer technology an asset
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Retail Operations an asset
  • Experience in working with 3PLs an asset.
