- Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Job type: 1-year contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Assist Commodity Buyers in managing suppliers across North America.
- Prepare and submit Requests for Quotes based on purchasing department strategy.
- Follow-up on RFQ's with suppliers and update relevant trackers.
- Analyze and compare quotes, prepare supplier selection recommendations.
- Contribute to contract renewals and Supplier Selection Committee presentations.
- Create/update Supplier ID Cards and First Article Inspection orders in SAP.
- Manage DDA forms for approval and follow-on NRC orders in SAP.
- Maintain pricing, source lists, quotas, and contracts in SAP.
- Identify sources for Purchase Requisition Requests with unassigned sources.
- Lead cost reduction opportunities and manage cost reduction plan.
- Utilize leadership skills in leading projects within multi-functional teams.
- Negotiate various types of contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure effective communication with suppliers and represent Purchasing function.
- Relevant University Degree and/or APICS, CPIM, or CIRM/PMAC Certification.
- 2+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing environment.
- Preferred: International experience in aerospace.
- Strong familiarity with contracts and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
- Knowledge of production control processes, MRP, and Flow Management.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
