We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cafe Assistant to join our team. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe and providing excellent customer service to our patrons. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Take customer orders and process payments using cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and restroom facilities.
- Assist with food preparation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food products.
- Restock supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the cafe.

- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service roles is preferred, although no experience is required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is desirable
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
