Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals contacting the Call Center for assistance with telecommunications services.

Inbound and Outbound Calls:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.

Technical Assistance:

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to telecommunications services, including internet connectivity, phone services, and television.

Product and Service Information:

  • Provide detailed information about telecommunications products, services, and promotions to potential and existing customers.

Complaint Resolution:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Service Activation and Deactivation:

  • Assist customers with the activation and deactivation of telecommunications services, guiding them through the process.

Account Verification:

  • Verify customer account information, ensuring accuracy and security during interactions.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay informed about updates, changes, and advancements in telecommunications services to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $21.70-$25.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
