As a Call Center Representative / Data Entry specialist, you'll be an integral part of our customer service and administrative operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient data management.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers regarding reservations, menu options, and general restaurant information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, reservations, and orders.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Proficient Data Entry skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Salary: $22.50-$26.20 per hour
