A BC mining company is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Camp Cook to join our placer Exploration Program in the scenic Cariboo region near Likely, BC. This unique opportunity is perfect for someone who loves the wilderness and has a passion for cooking and managing kitchen operations in a remote setting.

About the Role:
As the Camp Cook, you will be responsible for preparing daily meals for a team of 4 men, ensuring they are well-nourished and satisfied. This position requires a commitment of 6 days on with one day off, offering a truly immersive experience in one of BC's most beautiful wilderness areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily breakfast and supper for the camp team.
• Manage meal planning, including creating a diverse and appealing menu that caters to the team’s needs.
• Handle grocery shopping and procurement of kitchen supplies, coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery to the remote camp.
• Perform general camp chores and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Work independently, managing your kitchen operations with minimal supervision.

• Proven experience as a cook, with the ability to manage all aspects of kitchen operations.

• Willingness to undertake general camp chores and contribute to a tidy and functional living environment.
