Robson Valley Cannabis is looking for a Manager to look after the day to day operations of our store. We are searching for people who are passionate about cannabis and interested in growing with us in this new industry.
Applicants must:
-be 19 years of age or older
-be willing to get certified in selling it right
-have knowledge of cannabis and cannabis related products (first hand knowledge preferred)
Duties:
-Ensuring all shifts are filled and coordinating any changes due to vacation, sick days, etc.
-Ordering cannabis and accessory products as needed
-Ensuring POs are made up for each order and making display cards
-Ensuring audits are done on a regular basis for all products
-Incident Log, maintaining a log of incidents
-Ensure compliance for a health and safety regulations
-Ensuring the shop is clean and safe
-Processing returns
-Making sure staff records are kept and timesheets are submitted
-Training and hiring of new staff as needed
Preference will be given to individuals with experience in:
-Management
-Sales, retail, or customer service
-POS systems, Word, and Excel
-Receiving inventory and auditing
-cannabis and cannabis related products
-any previous experience in the cannabis industry
-Cannabis Retail and regulations
-using social media is an asset
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
