Capital Markets - Senior Business Analyst

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time experienced Capital Markets - Senior Business Analystto work for our client, a leader in the finance industry, in Toronto, ON. As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Capital Markets, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, defining, and optimizing business processes within the Capital Markets domain. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions to meet the needs of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Capital Markets operations, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.

• Pay Rate: $66.00/hour

• Location: Toronto, ON

• Shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time  | 6-month contract

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the project team to document business requirements related to the project

• Creating documentation based on user stories

• Resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities for the project

• Communicating across all levels of management to provide updates throughout the migration process

• Working to understand flow of current processes and assisting to adapt to the new program

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Bachelor degree, Post-secondary or relevant work experience

• 8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong documentation skills

• Ability to translate user based stories

• Prior experience with a Financial Institution

• Prior Knowledge of Cap Markets or Settlements

• Good oral and written communication skills, and have a high level of interpersonal skills

• Strong interest in being involved at every level of the process from design to implementation and training and mentoring of existing team members to upskill them on the new technology stack
