- Conduct assessments and interviews with clients to determine their needs and develop appropriate action plans
- Provide counseling and guidance to clients, offering emotional support and helping them navigate through difficult situations
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to action plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documenting all client interactions and progress
- Stay informed about community resources and programs that may benefit clients

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Empathy, compassion, and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in social work
