Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Promote and upsell products or services to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide assistance.
- Experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions is beneficial.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is an advantage.
