- Welcome customers warmly and professionally in our store.
- Analyze customers' water samples and explain the results to them.
- Answer customers' questions about our products.
- Assist customers in their purchasing process by providing detailed information about our products and helping them find the best solution for their needs.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to provide an enjoyable customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in the retail sector, is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills (French and English) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in computer software and point-of-sale terminals.
Work Schedule:
- This position is Monday to Saturday (Sunday and another weekday off)
