As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and participate in the success of Canada's largest Telecommunication service provider. This is the ideal position for someone who enjoys connecting with people while providing attentive support.

- Salary of $15,50/hour after training, including a $0,20 guaranteed premium - Plus $0,25/hour for weekend work and $3/hour for bilingualism, if applicable. Based on your performance, you could earn more thanks to our performance-based incentive plan!

- Your empathy and mastery of sales techniques enable you to build a bond of trust with every customer.
- During inbound calls, you ensure that customers make the most of the offers available:
- You respond to requests regarding phone, Internet and IP television products and services;
- You pinpoint needs, identify sales opportunities and build solutions tailored to each customer's situation;
- You contribute to the team's success in a spirit of healthy competition and over-achievement.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Eligibility criteria:
- Be available to work 5 days up to 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m EST; Saturday and Sunday between 7:30 a.m and 5:00 p.m EST.
- Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space.
- Experience working in sales or a call centre environment, an important asset;
- Dynamic, empathetic and persevering attitude;
- Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High school diploma or equivalent completed.
