Customer Service Representative - Vehicle Rental Agent

Full time Customer Service Representative (40-45 hours/week) required at Trius Truck Centre/Thrifty Car Rental. The Rental Counter Agent, under the direction of the Rental Manager, is primarily responsible for taking customer bookings and explaining the terms and conditions of rental agreements. In addition, the Rental Counter Agent will be responsible for taking customers’ personal and credit information as well as handling payments. He or she will also be required to perform a wide variety of administrative duties in support of company administration such as, but not limited to, greeting clients, answering telephone calls, and handling customer complaints and questions. Business hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30am until 5:00pm. Candidate must have a clean driving record.
