Sales Account Manager (Corporate Accounts)

TOBEN - one of Toronto's top catering companies known for innovative, handcrafted cuisine & full service Event Management is looking for an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is positive, self motivated, hardworking, collaborative and thrives in a growing, fast paced environment. The role is part of our corporate division responsible for daily catering/account management. Specific job training will be provided.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of high net worth corporate clients
• Input high volume of daily drop off catering orders
• Respond to client leads in an efficient and professional manner
• Conduct client/office site visits where required
• Coordinate staffing, rentals and other event needs where required
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Participate in business development & outreach to secure new corporate catering contracts
• Work closely with operations department to coordinate daily deliveries
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in catering/event sales (can be within the catering or restaurant industry)
Superior time management and organizational skills
Adept at Multitasking
Must hold a valid G2 or G Ontario License
Must be a Positive, Respectful Team player

Base Salary plus annual bonus based on sales performance

Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
