Responsibilities:
The certifier will be responsible for evaluating constructions, writing certification reports
according to applicable codes and standards and performing tasks related to the work of a
certifier. The clientele is mainly located in Quebec, Ontario and the United States.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in civil/structural engineering (or related field) or engineering

technologist (College Diploma) in related engineering.

• Five (2) to eight (8) years of experience in building construction and/or prefabricated

structure such as modular buildings, park trailers, manufactured homes and recreational
vehicles.

• Knowledge of National Building Codes (Provincial Codes)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment. Autonomy and good

organizational skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel (North America)

OTHER ASSETS TO CONSIDER:

• Knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code, Gas Safety Codes, Plumbing and CSA

certification standards.

• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO17025 standards and experience in quality control.
