Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Change Lead, apply the Enbridge methodology to develop the Change Management plans and deliverables: stakeholder assessments, communications plan, sponsorship roadmap, coaching/training plan and resistance management plan
- Develop resources for employees and people leaders to support successful change – job aids, FAQs, SharePoint sites and training.
- Coordinate logistics for change-related employee engagements like on-site information sessions, strategic planning meetings.
- Track change team activities of multiple workstreams (HR, IT, Safety & Reliability, Supply Chain etc.) to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain the stakeholder impact assessment register capturing change impacts following key decision points.
Qualifications:
Must Have Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources or Education
- Business analysis experience
- 5-7 years of broad business experience
- 2 years' experience in Change Management executing Change Management plans on a large project
