As part of the Business Systems Optimization and Sustainment team, this role will develop and execute the Change Management strategy related to system optimization. The overall objective of this role is to create and implement Change Management plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching to project teams and assist with various components of the Change Management activities.
- Develop and continuously update ENMAX specific training materials for both onboarding new resources and ongoing training needs.
- Schedule, manage and execute training sessions (end-user training and/or train-the-trainer).
- Monitor success of training efforts through evaluations metrics.
- Work with corporate communications to develop and issue communications within ENMAX related to Corporate Optimization and Sustainment.
- Work with change network and super user groups to provide support and foster adoption of systems and processes.
- Build trust and influence to act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
- Work with stakeholders to identify issues and coordinate effort to provide appropriate solutions to the problem, whether it be training, communications, process documentation etc.
- Degree in a related area with 4+ years' relevant experience or Diploma in a related area with 6+ years' relevant experience.
- Prosci Change Management certification.
- Extensive experience in Change Management including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to deliver tactical components of the change plans (training, communications, etc.).
- Experience with large-scale Organizational Change efforts.
- Able to coach and communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Effective at working indepently and and in a team environement
- Effective and confident with facilitation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well versed problem solving skills

Salary: Analyst Level C (Current CUPE 2024 rates)
$97,206.20- $103,276.63- $109,366.89- $115,437.32- $121,507.75
Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
