Servicenow Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow to join one of Calgary's largest oil/gas companies for a 6 month contract (with extensions). This person is responsible for functional subject matter expertise in the delivery of projects, application changes, processes, and services related to ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, present opportunities, and test against the delivered solutions. This person will collaborate with ServiceNow stakeholders, IS, and the respective delivery teams to translate business requests and capabilities into product user stories. The ideal candidate will sit in Calgary, Alberta and go into office 3x/week (flex) in downtown Calgary.

Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years of Business Analyst experience
2+ years of experience on ServiceNow projects, specifically enhancements, upgrades, portal modernization, service catalog automation
Strong experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
Experience performing functional testing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - well-spoken, adaptive, not afraid to speak up
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ITIL V3 and V4
Certified ServiceNow CSA
CBAP
Oil/gas experience
