As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by leveraging your deep expertise in business analysis, technical proficiency, and comprehensive knowledge of Business Analyst best practices and frameworks.

Job Description

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategy.
• Apply business analysis best practices and frameworks to effectively translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize your technical acumen to assess and evaluate technical requirements, feasibility, and dependencies, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements, drive consensus, and foster collaboration among diverse teams and individuals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, process flow diagrams, data models, and user stories, ensuring clear communication and understanding across all project stakeholders.
• Employ industry-standard tools and techniques to analyze and document complex business processes, system integrations, and data flows.
• Utilize your expertise in Business Analyst best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of our business analysis methodologies, processes, and templates.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in business analysis practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience facilitating IT projects.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in utilizing Business Analyst best practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Strong technical background, with proficiency in analyzing technical requirements and understanding system architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading workshops, interviews, and presentations.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent are highly desired.
