The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the monthly commissions report and manage and remedy any commission discrepancies.
- Partner with Director of Digitalization to enhance CRM Deal Tracker to report and calculate commissions payable visibility.
- Make recommendations to simplify or optimize commission effectiveness.
- Responsible for the timely production of the monthly Sales Presentation and the quarterly Board Presentation.
- Provide direction to users in terms of the capabilities of the business intelligence system.
- Liaise with the BI team to seek the best reporting solutions and understand what is available from the BI suite of tools.
- Collaborate with Vice President, Sales and Management team on Sales Balance Scorecard by roll with intention to automate either in CRM or BI.
- Consolidate all reports pertaining to sales department and approved distribution. Work on migration to CRM or BI.
- Analyze and interpret operating results as assigned.
- Ensures quality of data in information reporting and compile and analyze data for key performance indicators.
- Analyze operational performance to plan and interpret major variances from budget with senior management.
- Develop ad hoc reporting for specific performance opportunities as directed by Management.
- Provide analytical support to operations to help them understand key business drivers.
- Supports large deal process, ensuring deal sheet margin accuracy and management of risk.
- Develop, audit and report on JSOX Compliance issues.
- Owner of Sales Process documentation and FX Risk Management.
- Investigate and provide follow up on audit queries.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual operating budgets for assigned business units as well as critically review and challenge budget assumptions throughout the process.
The successful candidate will possess an Accounting Degree, Diploma or Designation as well as previous relevant experience. Additional requirements include:
- Working knowledge of P&L & Balance Sheets.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with BI Reporting and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently to advance projects, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a keen willingness to learn.
- Assertive with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and develop rapport with operations and finance personnel.
- Ability to work in a team or individualized environment effectively.
