This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify, assess and execute process improvements via new digital programs that increase efficiency and capabilities across all areas of SMS Business Lines.
- Be a leader for Culture Change through the introduction of Lean Principles and Organization Wide Process Improvements with digital solutions.
- Establish a digital solutions ideation and business review process that aligns to the Digital Transformation strategy and manages the approval of new SMS prioritized digital programs with defined SMS business values.
- Align Business Process Improvements to new Digital Business Solutions.
- Lead and manage the digital program implementation change process.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Communications, IT and Change Management to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions business process changes.
- Execute on Key Components of the Digital Transformation Strategy, ensuing all process changes align.
- Establish project reporting cadence within the different levels of SMS Management that aligns project success to operational business value.
- Work collaboratively with SMS Business Units to lead the identification and prioritization of Process Improvement Projects.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and technology that if implemented would result in operation efficiency improvements.
- Work collaboratively with OEMs and other technology partners to fully leverage existing digital solutions and align SMS priorities into OEM digital solution development priorities.
The successful candidate will have apost secondary education in a related field along with a minimum of 5 years of digital technology and technical support experience. Experience within the heavy equipment industry and/or basic equipment and maintenance knowledge will be an asset. Additional requirements include:
- Strong business process analytical skills to thoroughly conceptualize complex business processes and the impact changes can make on business areas.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory processes, business processes, data structure, reporting and internal controls.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals.
- Results driven with a positive and engaging attitude with a willingness to transform the business.
- Excellent discipline and time management skills to plan, manage, deliver results, and meet deadlines within a team and independently.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead, collaborate with and influence cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of key digital platforms such as, CRM, eCommerce, ERP, digital marketing.
- Advanced problem-solving skills; particular focus on data analytics and BI reporting.
