Description This is a part-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO)  the CTO, you will be responsible for leading and managing the technical aspects of the company's operations and projects. This includes overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Software Architecture & Design:
Expertise in designing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based software architectures, especially for SaaS platforms.
3D Graphics and Modeling:
Deep understanding of 3D graphics rendering, geometric modeling, and visualization technologies.
Cloud Computing & Services:
Proficiency with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience in cloud infrastructure management, including serverless architectures, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with low-code platforms is beneficial (eg. flutterflow.io, builder.io)
API Development & Integration:
Experience in developing and managing APIs and integrating third-party services (e.g., Slack, Miro, Otter.ai).Collaboration & Productivity Tools:
Understanding of collaboration and productivity software development, including real-time editing and communication tools.
Data Management & Analytics:
Knowledge of data storage solutions, big data analytics, and data security practices.
AI & Machine Learning:
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly those relevant to natural language processing and image recognition, is nice to have.
Security & Compliance:
Strong background in cybersecurity, data protection, and familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to cloud platforms (e.g., GDPR).Management and Leadership

Strategic Planning & Vision:
Ability to develop and articulate a clear technological vision for the product and align it with the company’s business goals.
Project Management:
Strong project management skills, including familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Stakeholder Management:
Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and other departments, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Innovation & Adaptability: A knack for fostering innovation within teams and the agility to adapt to changing technologies and market demands.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and efficiently allocating resources to meet project milestones and objectives.
Additional Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Presentation skills:
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple manner and experience in presenting on stage to an audience. Fluency in English is paramount.

Compensation:
We are Pre-Product, Pre-Revenue, and currently enrolled in a Pre-Accelerator.
Compensation will be Equity, adding salary upon funding and going to market.
