We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve providing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of each child, and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
```Duties:```
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
- Plan and implement engaging and educational activities
- Create a structured daily routine for children
- Provide nutritious meals and snacks
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a positive and supportive team environment
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a classroom or childcare setting
- Genuine love for working with children and a passion for their development
- Strong caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and understanding
- Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in early childhood development is a plus)
