Church Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the office
- Answer phone calls
- Responsible for keeping records up to date , providing clerical assistance

Experience:

- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, copiers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in Microsoft Office ( Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook)

Candidate must be able to work collaboratively with church staff, volunteers, church members, and be a welcoming greeter to visitors

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
