Clerk 3 Wanted

We are seeking experienced Clerk 3s for our valued client in the Halifax Area.

• Paid weekly
• $18 per hour
• Contract running from Jan 17th – March 22nd with potential to extend

Requirements:

• 4 years’ experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Proficient in computer applications & office equipment
• Strong interpersonal/customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail; display sound judgement and strong decision-making skills
• Work with minimal supervision

Job Duties include:

• Supervising and providing direction to staff
• Oversee daily office operations
• Prepare various financial statements
• Maintaining records; document preparation; maintain inventory
• Other administrative duties as needed
