We are seeking experienced Clerk 3s for our valued client in the Halifax Area.
- Paid weekly
- $18 per hour
- Contract running from Jan 17th – March 22nd with potential to extend
Requirements:
- 4 years’ experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proficient in computer applications & office equipment
- Strong interpersonal/customer service skills; strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail; display sound judgement and strong decision-making skills
- Work with minimal supervision
Job Duties include:
- Supervising and providing direction to staff
- Oversee daily office operations
- Prepare various financial statements
- Maintaining records; document preparation; maintain inventory
- Other administrative duties as needed
