Position: Client Support Representative- System

Wages: $ 28.85- $29.85 per hour for 30 – 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Full time, Temporary

Job Duties:
● Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
● Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
● Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
● Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
● Supervise, and direct workers engaged in special project work, problem-solving, monitoring, and installation of data communication equipment and software.
● Confer with users and management to establish requirements for new systems and provide network and internet support in response to identified difficulties.
● Conduct office automation feasibility studies, including maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other team members.
● Refer Software problems encountered during client interactions to the development team for service or remedy.
Education: Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.
Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years work experience is required.
