CLINIC MANAGER
Role description

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the entire operations and revenue goals of their appointed clinic and onboarding new employees and ensuring optimal operations within the team.
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician in Quebec. (Preferably)
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and French)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations/management.
- Strong sales skills and able to achieve company objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage our team of Estheticians and receptionists.
- Achieve all SkinLab and Retail Sales Goals as outlined by head office.
- Train, monitor and coach performance of Estheticians on sales and customer service.
- Monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage.
- Manage and maintain laser machines and facial equipment.
- Work 40 hours weekly at the clinic, including one weekend day.
- Participate in training programs, conferences and other opportunities for professional growth.
- Assist in planning events.
- Meet monthly with the District Manager and/or Owner.
- Meeting weekly with the in-clinic staff.
- Maintain communications with the esthetics team to review prior month’s performance highlights and action plan for the month ahead.
- Schedule employees and optimize the calendar.
- Maintain an organized and clean environment.
- Increase membership sign ups as part of sales goals.
- Onboard and offboard employees.
- Schedule performance evaluations.
- Manage the cash register and deposits.
- Handle client complaints and manage client recovery conservations.
