The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery including Hardinge, Nakamura Tome, and/or Mori Seiki machines, together with trouble shooting a wide variety of materials.

Job Requirements:
- Skilled operator of CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
- Ability to perform complete set-ups with appropriate cutting tool selection.
- Thorough understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings and use of precision measuring instruments.
- Demonstrates a high level of mechanical aptitude and skill when manual handling machine parts.
- Knowledgeable in the use of precision measuring instruments.
- Trouble shooting abilities for work with a wide variety of materials.
- Log all work timelines and tasks in Epicor.
- Must be quality oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Maintain positive working relationships when interacting with other plant personnel.
- Adheres to and maintains safe work practices, including WHMIS requirements.
- Adept at reading/understanding Production Sheets for completion of accurate parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).
This role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) with 3-5 years Precision Machining Shop experience. CNC Certification preferred.
