Responsibilities:
- provides technical and administrative support to new & existing commercial lines clients
- prepares new commercial policy applications, commercial renewals, cancellations and midterm policy changes.
- monitoring pending commercial activities
- contacting clients to gather information
- invoicing clients and monitoring payment status
Requirements:
- Level I Insurance License
- minimum 1 years experience in the sale of personal lines & autoplan products
- ability to communicate positively in a sales and service environment
- ability to work in an employee focused culture
