Construction Foreman - Landscaping

Ltd. is a Landscape Construction Company specializing in building Parks and Sports Fields in new residential communities, as well as Land Reclamation, Site Development, Revegetation, and Naturalization projects. Duties:

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve supervising the construction team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Manage and schedule construction workers and subcontractors
- Read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done correctly and efficiently
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively supervise a construction team
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during construction projects

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
