```Duties:```
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by the construction crew
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Perform general maintenance of tools and equipment

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
Note: Prior experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the willingness to learn and work hard. The rate of pay will be based on the level of experience.
