Notre client, une entreprise bien établie dans le domaine forestier, est à la recherche d’un Contrôleur financier pour se joindre à son équipe. Une équipe dynamique, collaborative et dans laquelle tu pourras participer activement.

Principales tâches et responsabilités :

• Collaborer avec la Coop et les filiales pour assurer une gestion financière et opérationnelle efficace et consolidée;
• Fournir à la direction les informations financières essentielles, comprenant les analyses financières, les rapports de rentabilité et de gestion, les prévisions budgétaires ainsi que des recommandations pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques;
• Superviser et coordonner le département comptable dans la production de rapports financiers;
• Élaborer, maintenir et implanter des outils de gestions informatisés permettant un meilleur suivi des opérations et de la rentabilité;
• Gérer les relations avec les partenaires financiers, y compris les banques, les investisseurs et les auditeurs externes;
• Diriger le parc informatique des filiales et de la Coop;
• Former, développer et superviser le département de comptabilité;
• Assumer toute autre responsabilité liée au contrôle financier et opérationnel des filiales et de la Coop.

Exigences :

• BAC en comptabilité, Titre CPA un fort atout;
• 7 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire avec supervision d’équipe;
• Bonne connaissance de l’informatique et des systèmes.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Coop and the subsidiaries to ensure efficient and consolidated financial and operational management.
• Provide management with essential financial information, including financial analyses, profitability and management reports, budget forecasts as well as recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Supervise and coordinate the accounting department in the production of financial reports.
• Develop, maintain and implement digital management tools allowing for the better monitoring of operations and profitability.
• Manage relationships with financial partners, including banks, investors and external auditors.
• Manage the IT equipment of the subsidiaries and the Coop.
• Train, develop and supervise the accounting department.
• Take on any other responsibility related to the financial and operational control of the subsidiaries and the Coop.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with the CPA title being a strong asset.
• 7 years of experience in a similar role that included team supervision.
• Good knowledge of IT and systems.
