This is a brand new facility opening in February, Otter Trail is looking for line cooks and prep cooks with some experience to prepare and execute the opening of the business.
Preference is given to people who have a passion for food. The quality is very good and there are some technical skills needed to perform properly.
We would love to have some culinary students interested in growing their experience.
As for servers, we would like professional individuals. We take our work seriously and we want our team built around individuals who take pride in good quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:

- Knowledge of food handling and food service techniques
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Transit does not come very close to the vineyard. Personal transportation of some sort is important.
