E2 Adventures, a nationally recognized EdTech charity sponsored by Google, is on a pioneering mission to revolutionize the educational system. We provide students in grades 5 to 12 across North America’s largest school boards with equitable access to real-world applications of their curriculum through engaging, interactive live stream experiences. Position Overview:
As we navigate through a period of significant growth, E2 Adventures is on the lookout for an experienced, dynamic Coordinator for Communications & Virtual Field Trips. Reporting directly to both CEO and COO, this role is pivotal in fostering community engagement, spearheading our social media and digital marketing efforts, leading marketing and lead generation strategies, managing data reporting, and assisting in the orchestration of E2’s monthly Field Trips in collaboration with our production team.
Role Highlights:
- Strategic Development: Crafting and executing strategies to strengthen our connections with customers, partners, and the broader community.
- Communications Support: Crafting key messages, designing banners, producing promotional videos, and enhancing web content.
- Event Planning & Administration: Assisting in the annual planning of events and coordinating closely with the CEO on customer acquisition.
- Marketing & Lead Generation: Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads, in collaboration with the outreach team to ensure effective follow-up and progress in the participation funnel.
- Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Producing compelling content and marketing materials that captivate and engage our audience, managing our social media presence, and continuously optimizing campaign performance.
- Innovative Engagement: Spearhead growth in organic social channels through exemplary community management and novel community growth strategies.
- Operational Support: Contributing to field trip content development, data management, participation engagement, and website updates as necessary.
- Analytical Insight: Oversee analytics, providing actionable insights, recommendations, and regular tracking against KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, communications, or related field, complemented by at least 3 years of proven experience in a relevant role
- Fluent in English and French - required
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for crafting engaging content and innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, and familiarity with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging content.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both English and French, and a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders.
