As a Copywriter you will work with clients from a variety of different industries. You will be responsible and accountable for the successful creation, curating and managing of relevant copy for clients that meet and exceed client contract expectations. Copywriting projects include websites, landing pages, blog posts, email marketing campaigns and content for other digital elements.
This is a full-time position for candidates located within drive time of our Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

Key Actions of the Role
- Work with clients in a variety of industries
- Meet with clients to gain an understanding of their brand, business, project and marketing objectives
- Collaborate across departments to ensure the content and copywriting goals are consistent with the overall project objectives
- Conduct thorough research on client industry topics
- Write clear, concise and grammatically correct copy that results in effective and compelling communication
- Utilize different writing styles that appeal to various target markets
- Write compelling content for client projects such as websites, landing pages, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, brand videos, brand guidelines and content for other digital elements
- Produce all copywriting demonstrating a thorough knowledge of successful marketing principles that drive high engagement for clients
- Manage multiple projects at one time
- Conduct editing and proofreading for clients

- Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
- Knowledge of online content strategy & creation
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Familiar with the top social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Experience with scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Later, Soho)
- Experience with Canva, Sketch, or Adobe Products
- Easily learns new software (Reporting, tracking etc)
- Proficient in an Apple & Google Drive environment
