Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst with a strong background in agricultre to join our team. The Credit Analyst will play a crucial role in assessing creditworthiness, analyze financial data, and evaluate risk factors associated with agricultural lending to find the right fit for everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze financial data to evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants
-Evaluate credit risk factors and make recommendaitons regarding loan options.
- Prepare detailed credit application and present recommednations for decision making purposes.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and review existing loan portfolios to identify potential risks.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients
Experience:
- Post Seconday Education in business or realted field or equivalent related experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Credit Analyst or similar role in the financial services industry
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis
- Excellent comunication skills both written and verbal
-Mortgage Agent Licence holder, or willingness to obtain one.
