Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn and grow within our restaurant.
Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks in the kitchen
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
