Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional in-office requirements in Dorval. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conducting outbound communication to clients for follow-ups and scheduling.
- Managing schedules efficiently to optimize service delivery.
- Handling various administrative tasks to support the team.
