Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cendrex. Reporting to the Customer service Manager, this person will assist our customers with any inquiries or issues regarding our products.
Your role within our team:
- Communicate with customers via phone or email.
- Enter required information into Cendrex's ERP system (Business Central).
- Prepare quotations for customers' special requests, following established work procedures.
- Enter customer orders into Cendrex's ERP system (Business Central).
- Receive and sort customer requests from the Zoho Desk ticket management system.
- Follow up rigorously on quotations and orders to ensure customer needs are met.
- Track deliveries, process returns, and respond to customer complaints promptly.
- Provide support to customers regarding products and services.
- Occasionally take over the "order entry clerk" position.

Your DNA to be successful in the role:
- High school diploma;
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience;
- Experience in the construction industry (an asset);
- Proficiency in both official languages, orally and in writing (English is the primary language used);
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of an ERP system (an asset).
