What will you be doing?
You’ll be one of our two Customer Service Representatives, largely responsible for answering the phone and ensuring that customers are well taken care of. You will also be responsible for:
- Updating our CRM with customer information and new customer intakes
- Updating our social media and Google business profiles on a regular basis
- Draft blog posts and newsletters to be sent to our customers, notifying them of topical tree care tips and suggestions
- Communicating with our in-field personnel to ensure information seamlessly flows from the office to the field
- Processing various permit applications
- Following up on warm leads and even cold-calling customers to drum up business for Beswick
- Assisting the owner with various tasks
Compensation
- Hourly wage starting at $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (range is based on experience and qualifications)
- Health Spending Account for individuals and family to be used for dental, vision, massage, etc.
