This job posting is for a Customer Service Representative for our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and associates. Experience in the auto body industry and associated software (Mitchell, Audatex, Progisync, ARMS, Microsoft Office) is an asset but we are willing to invest in the right person. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who understands there is always something to do and a team player that communicates and interacts well with their peers.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers as they enter the shop
· Manage front of shop (keeping tidy, coffee bar filled for customers, keeping inventory and ordering supplies as needed)
· Manage repair scheduling calendar
· Respond and direct all communications as needed (telephone, email, database inquiries)
· Load insurance assignments to database and book appointments with customers
· Update customers on the progress of their repairs
· Coordinate repair processes seamlessly with customer experience at forefront (ex preliminary, drop off, delivery)
Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in a relevant field (Customer Service, administration, sales, auto body, auto industry)
· Superior communicator; both verbally and written
· Highly organized
