Job Description
We are looking for one highly motivated professional to join our growing Customer Care Associate team. Successful candidates should have 3+ years of customer service experience coupled with an enthusiastic and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities
- Always maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- To utilize the various channels to communicate and assist customers
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Acquire extensive knowledge about our products
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Open to other tasks as per business needs
Job Qualifications
- Post-secondary educations
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Reliable, accountable, and independent
- Capable of constantly learning and improving
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent project management and organization skills
