Job description

We are a Language Services Provider specialising in the remote delivery of language support to customers across Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

We deliver telephone and video interpreting solutions across a wide range of platforms for our clients to communicate with their non-English speaking customers. To support our busy operations, we are looking to build our Customer Operations Team with some new peeps. The role will be required to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm daily (AEST). Overtime will paid for the additional 10 hours per week.

What we need from you:

  • Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed service performance standards
  • Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled within service levels
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing enquiries
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and by email with customers, suppliers and relevant staff
  • Respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone and by email
  • Monitor shared email accounts as required/directed
  • Escalate critical issues which arise from phone or email enquiries received
  • Establish and maintain effective team working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, customers and suppliers
  • To provide ad-hoc-administrative support when required and as agreed
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance and punctuality
  • Pursue personal development and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.

Specifics:

  • Full-time hours: 38 hours per week plus 10 additional hours of overtime per week.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year plus overtime.

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
