ATCO Electric is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Field Operations Support. This entry-level position is ideal for those who enjoy diverse, hands-on work in a dynamic environment. Duties vary depending on area of hire but may involve activities such as cleaning, the use of simple tools, supporting construction crews, supporting warehouse operations, completing underground locates or general administration work. You will be engaging in a variety of tasks, supporting different teams, and contributing to the smooth operation of our field services.

What You Get to Do:
- Assist Powerline crews with construction and maintenance tasks, performing labor-intensive duties.
- Operate light delivery vehicles for material and supply transportation.
- Utilize locating equipment for underground utility verification.
- Mark locations of underground utilities using spray paints, flags, and other tools.
- Create digital or hand-drawn sketches for utility locates.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and prepare them for field use.
- Conduct tool inspection, preparation, and maintenance.
- Clean and maintain work sites and equipment.
- Read maps and documents to assist in identifying underground utilities.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0 – 1 year of related experience; training will be provided.
- Basic proficiency in computer use.
- A valid vehicle operator’s license is preferred.
