You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions.

- Processing manual changes received by mail or email through ticketing system.
- Servicing client/member accounts such as building member accounts; posting payments; making adjustments, investigations as required.
- Carry out administrative tasks, including manipulation of data, data entry and modification.
- Help prepare documentation with recommendations for appropriate handling.
- Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters.

- Trade school diploma in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with credit union experience (an asset)
- Advanced knowledge in MS Outlook and Excel required
- Strong computer and typing skills required
