Job Level
NV-04 As an Operations support, administrator, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. This may include working in one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry, data processing, and verification of database data integrity.
You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.
You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions.
This position is within a division of the Desjardins Group called Collabria.
Collabria Financial is a Canadian credit card issuer offering customized card programs for Canadian credit unions, serving their consumer and commercial members. Collabria is a payment solutions provider created expressly to help credit unions gain the benefits of increased operational control and improved member relationships.

General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities
  • Processing manual changes received by mail or email through ticketing system.
  • Servicing client/member accounts such as building member accounts; posting payments; making adjustments, investigations as required.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including manipulation of data, data entry and modification.
  • Help prepare documentation with recommendations for appropriate handling.
  • Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters.

Qualifications
  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with credit union experience (an asset)
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Specific knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Outlook and Excel required
  • Strong computer and typing skills required
