Your rôle as a consultant :
- To document all interactions with clients in an appropriate manner.
- Advising and supporting the client until he is satisfied
- Helping the customer to handle and enhance the use of his software
- Provide a solution to the problem encountered
- Provide training by telephone to make the customer autonomous
- Share your knowledge and support the team in the event of special requests from clients.
